David Cook, pastor of International Bible Church, will be the keynote speaker for the upcoming 2016 IA Conference. Cook is the former president of International Bible School in San Antonio, Texas where he helped educate and prepare mission field workers for their ministry. He and his wife Jeanie have traveled in 30 countries as full-time evangelists.

Cook is in great demand nationwide as a conference, convention, and camp meeting speaker. He is welcomed by many denominations and ministerial associations for his dynamic teaching and preaching with an appointed word from God. The powerful sobriety of his Bible-based teaching is brightened with humor and tempered with humility and grace.

Dr. Cook will speak Monday and Tuesday night, and teach a workshop for ministers Tuesday morning.

REGISTRATION: Includes registration packet, room for two nights, Lunch on Tuesday (Tips Included), Cooked to order breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday for Embassy Suites hotel guests.

THE DAY SESSIONS REQUIRE REGISTRATION FOR ATTENDANCE. Everyone is invited to attend the Monday and Tuesday 7:00 pm sessions (No registration required)

Registrations received on or before June 17, 2016 Married Couple - $300.00, Single - $280.00 After June 17, 2016 - Married Couple - $320.00, Single - $300.00 Two or more singles sharing a room - $150 each. – $160 after June 17, 2016

(All rooms will accommodate up to 4 persons)

Registrants who need no hotel room - $55.00 each (Registration & Tuesday Banquet lunch included) — After June 17, 2016 - $65.00 each

Registration only (No room or meals) - $25.00 per person

REGISTRATIONS WITH ROOMS AT EMBASSY SUITES MUST BE RECEIVED AND WILL BE GUARANTEED ONLY UP TO JUNE 27TH.

Note: If special needs are required due to physical handicap, etc., please let us know when you register. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Those with children who will attend the Tuesday Banquet lunch, add $28 each for each child. IA is charged this price for each chair occupied by reservation. (Everyone who attends the Tuesday banquet will be required to have a lunch ticket.) All Registrants MUST register with the Independent Assemblies. Please mail them to: Ken Anderson (P.O. Refund Policy: If a cancellation becomes necessary, registration costs (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be refunded until and including July 15, 2016. After that date there will be *no refunds.

*Registration fees are fully transferable to another person up to the opening date of the conference.
